Short Film: Trickster

So I've finally got the film from the 48 Hour Film Project up onto youtube, check it out in the embed, or go watch it on youtube (where you can enjoy it in HD goodness) ...

Filming on the Edge of Reason

This weekend saw the London 48 Hour Film Project. When the wonderful Beth (producer on Out of Office and Sandwich Rap) invited me to join her team as a writer and editor, I leapt at the chance. So Friday afternoon I moved into Beth's house, and prepared to meet a whole bunch of new people and work non stop with them for 48 hours. Not Reviewing Let The Right One In

On Saturday, I found myself with a hangover, and an evening with no plans whatsoever. Determined not to let the day go to waste, but without any ability to concentrate on some work, I headed off for a run, listening to the Mark Kermode movie review podcast. Having committed myself to writing it, I've kept at it with varying levels of day to day success.

Watchmen

One thing I forgot to mention about our trips to the Lakes was that I finally got the opportunity to read Watchmen, generally lauded as the finest graphic novel ever written. It's currently being made into a Hollywood movie by the director of 300 Zack Synder.
